Link to expanded subprocess diagram #418

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Create orchestration diagram with Collapsed Subprocess
2. Double click "x" to create expanded subprocess diagram and save
3. From original diagram, can not access expanded subprocess diagram

What is the expected output?
Expanded subprocess diagram is displayed.

What do you see instead?

Please provide any additional information below.

Will a 'Link' function be made available from Collapsed Subprocess to the
expanded diagram like in Signavio editor? 

Without it, it is hard to demo model as you have to locate and open each
associated diagram. 

In pubic view and export of model to PDF, the linked subprocesses should be
included.

I TRIED TO SEND THIS AS A QUESTION FROM THE FEEDBACK LINK BUT AM GETTING
THE ATTACHED ERROR MESSAGE WHICH INCLUDES A REQUEST TO VISIT THIS SITE.
