Most source files contain a CR encoding for Mac OS X Classic.
This encoding is deprecated in favor of the LF encoding. There are also a few
files under the CRLF encoding.
Those encoding issues make creating diffs difficult over Linux systems. It also
makes git mirroring hard.
The fix consists of changing the encoding of the files in a batch using an
automated tool.
