Weapon sound bug #97

If you scroll through the weapons and select one of them sometimes the gun you were using will play the shooting sound.

This used to be working fine in the past, it seems building the input does not sync properly with simulate. This should be fixed by them, I've pushed a small improvement to this behavior.
