[x] obtain complete NA2XS(FL)2Y_400/35 parameter set (concentric neutral cable type)
[x] obtain complete NA2XS(FL)2Y_240/25 parameter set (concentric neutral cable type)
[x] obtain complete NYY parameter set (concentric neutral cable type)
[x] transformer parameters

Specifically, for the cables, the following parameters are missing:

strand ac or dc resistance (Rstrand)
diameter of the neutral strands (DiaStrand) and/or GMR of the neutral strands (GMRStrand)
number of strands (k)
distance between the phase cables
