Add ordering to block types #51

Need to be able to order the block types within matrix fields

As a related feature request, it would be great to be able to group the block types as well.

@daltonrooney I've been adding the ability to group blocks into categories as you've mentioned. Those categories will be sortable.

Secondary to that, it would be useful to be able to sort the blocks themselves as described here. This would mean having sorting available in the settings:

Added in the new 3.0.0 release 🎉 See #73 for more. All the blocks can be re-ordered from within the settings. Furthermore there are now categories available which themselves can be sorted.
