Don't take over SuperTable matrix button #64

The button takeover should only apply to the direct child of the matrix block, not any children of a matrix inside a supertable. Should fix #62.

Apologies for the delay on this. I have a big update coming, so I'm pulling in this change separately as part of those changes which should fix this issue.
