Fix #87 #91

Ensures top-level Neo content previews only show top-level Neo block types, and shows content preview buttons on child blocks. Fixes #87.

Turns out this fixes #88 as well.

Thanks @ttempleton I've made a number of Neo fixes including the ones proposed in your PR. I'm going to close this PR though as the changes are pulled in elsewhere as part of a number of other commits. You should be tagged in the PR and release though so thanks a lot for your help:
