This could be linked to the part where we highlight that the next step is to broaden the network and recruit other interested parties in Norway + establish a mature structure?
I worry that it might be a bit confusing to have several different initiatives. If somebody starts an OSC then sure, we can include them as a "local node" or something similar in the network (if that's what you had in mind). But if they don't exist then I think we should most of all promote NORRN and enourage people to arrange local nodes within NORRN (and not as separate initiatives and/or refer them to OSC, let's stick to one structure and one clear initiative as a starting point).
I was wondering if the Dutch model for Open Science Communities (OSC) could be a good blueprint for the bottom up grass roots initiatives in Norway. If we had a blueprint for willing people across Norway to start a grass root movement, we could quickly gain visibility and local nodes which overall lends the endeavour stronger momentum. What y'all think?
