Some agenda points that popped into my head just now:

[x] how to manage social media account (how to save our own, i.e. Dan's, resources)
[x] how to manage contact form entries (maybe a concrete decision tree how to handle different requests)
[x] how can we advertize the newsletter effectively
[x] how to respond to request of "wanna join" / how to involve people
[x] local nodes

How to involve people (via mailing list):

sign up for mailing list, share mailing list
find likeminded people at your institution
make list of needs locally and nationally to make change happen
local nodes

To do:

[x] link mailing list on website
[ ] draft pitch for newspapers (agata)
[ ] set up information package (introduction to UKRN structure) (timo)
[x] contact RNs to include us on their websites (logo + link, timo)
[ ] blog post draft (dan)
[ ] reach out to our departments
