Typing of the editing function

Some thoughts on this:

• it might make sense to put the editing function on the fields themselves as callbacks
• Need to rethink how components are linked to componentProps and componentCollectionProps - if we are going to properly type those, there needs to be a way of understanding which components fall under categorised components (e.g. item)
• need a better understanding of the editing function works for child components when the child components have different field types - maybe we split this up in our code so each component can be managed separately - but then bring it back together in the final result

Currently his kind of works - but for some reason I need to include the no code components object empty. There's some typescript generics voodoo going on here I don't understand - will need to spend more time on this once everything is stable
