Effect editor overlay blocks the rest of the level when painting #6

The effect overlay becomes opaque and blocks the level view completely when painting the effect. The overlay appears to increase in opacity every time the mouse is moved from one geometry tile to another while holding LMB, eventually completely blocking the level view.

fixed with new rendering system in next 2.1 version
