Adds examples #21

This PR adds some examples to how the Terraform plugin is used. It is related to #15. I had some problems starting to use the plugin and some other problems when creating MX records. I therefore believe that this would probably help someone else.

Examples:

Specify a zone
A record with root domain
A record with wildcard subdomain
A record with subdomain
MX record with priority
