Perf: Reduce scaling delay for about 10 seconds

Note: Requires to be merged after https://github.com/timoklimmer/powerproxy-aoai/pull/3.

• Reliability: Lower error, from OpenAI APIs
• Deployment: Allow to be deployed with a reverse proxy in front (like mesh network, Traefik, Isito, etc)
