Encode '+' characters in paths with '%20'

PS: I'm using java-gitlab-api version 4.0.0 in my project and I cannot use version 4.1 due to dependency incompatibilities with org.slf4j:slf4j-api-1.8.0-beta2 so that's be great to have a 4.0.1 release if possible :-)
