Can not set set NPM_BIN_PATH variable in settings.py

Hello.

I am trying to add tailwind using this library and after

python manage.py tailwind init

I am trying to install

python manage.py tailwind install

Then, I am getting this error message:

CommandError: 
It looks like node.js and/or npm is not installed or cannot be found.

Visit https://nodejs.org to download and install node.js for your system.

If you have npm installed and still getting this error message, set NPM_BIN_PATH variable in settings.py to match path of NPM executable in your system.

Example:
NPM_BIN_PATH = "/usr/local/bin/npm"

I have trying for both C:\Program Files\nodejs\npm and C:\Program Files\nodejs\node_modules\npm\bin\npm as a path for npm but still did not work.

I am using:

• Windows 10
• Python 3.8.6
• Pycharm IDE Community Edition 2020.1
