when I using both"strikeout" and "superscript" has some problems in "renderer_options-MarkdownRenderer" ? #86
The "strikeout" extensions have in front of "superscript",or else "strikeout" do not take effect.
2 I think ‘~sub~’ is not the prefix code of ‘delete’. I think the use of ‘-sub-’ replace ‘~sub~’ are more suitable.(and regex '(\~\~)(^\s)(\~\~)' is shouldn't be each match line .)
