Feature: LLU compatibility update

Since version 4.7.0 of the LibreLink Up App has been released to the public app stores by Abbott, all information necessary to keep nightscout-librelink-up running has been made available. Analysing the traffic between a freshly installed LLU app showed that the only differences in the 4.7.0 update are:

• The version HTTP request header field is set to 4.7.0 after the update
• The REST endpoint to receive all available API-/Region-Information now.takes two GET-Paramters (country and version) and sends a response that is the same as with older version. Only the GET-Parameters have been added. Since this endpoint is not used by this app, this is just for documentation purposes: https://api.libreview.io/llu/config/country?country=DE&version=4.7.0

This PR updates the version to 4.7.0 and otherwise fixes just a few documentation problems.

Thanks, changing the HTTP request header field to 4.7.0 fixed the problem for me.

deinstalled and reinstalled Librelink and Glucosedirect. Dont forget to activate the Apple Calender function. worked for me
