I've added more logic into readConfig function. It now validates more values.
readConfig now makes os.exit instead of throwing an error, because I think a short message Required environment variable LINK_UP_USERNAME is not set is more readable in the output than the same message AND stacktrace.
I also removed any process.env.* from index.ts thus making config object the source of truth for configuration
