[CRITICAL] No measurements for German users #54

As of 13 July, Abbott changed the API-Endpoint for LibreLink Up users in Germany. We have to implement support for the new Endpoint, which can be set through the LINK_UP_REGION environment variable.

Its working again with version 1.8.1. Please make sure to update to this version and set the environment variable LINK_UP_REGION to DE if you are living in Germany. As someone who was affected myself I can confirm that version 1.8.1 with the new region setting does work fine again:

nightscout-libre-link    | [info]: Logged in to LibreLink Up
nightscout-libre-link    | [info]: -> The following connection will be used: Timo Schlüter (Patient-ID: XXXXX)
nightscout-libre-link    | [info]: Received blood glucose measurement items
nightscout-libre-link    | [info]: Upload of 70 measurements to NightScout succeeded

Sorry for the inconvenience, I hope the fix came soon enough.
