Upload CGM Sensor changes to Nightscout #60

While looking at the Nightscout API I noticed that it is possible to log CGM sensor changes in the Nightscout GUI. Since the LibreLink Up API offers Sensor data, it might be possible to upload this data into Nightscout.

Not yet working on it, but I will look into this in the future.
