[ ] remove should be implemented for SinglyLinkedList (analog to the exising remove for DoublyLinkedList)

[ ] should SinglyLinkedList etc have ref semantics instead? eg to avoid some issues mentioned in https://github.com/nim-lang/RFCs/issues/303#issuecomment-747300050
