For the scores table in the DB, a new column for game type is needed (ntsc/pal), the producer page needs some toggle for the player to indicate one type of the other when recording, and the layouts either need to be made aware of the game type, or type-specific layouts can be created (to account for lvl 29 lvl 19 game runway differences, etc.).
The score page needs to be changed to display the score type, or maybe create 2 distinct score pages for pal and ntsc results. Also since I completely expect people will forget to set the type, an update system would be needed to move scores from one type to the other.
The profile cards need to be updated to fetch both type of PBs, and not display a type if no games for that type is found.
The profile settings page needs to be updated to allow the custom PBs to set the score type too.
The runways need to be changed since for PAL, level 19 is killscreen.
Nestrischamps should allow tracking PAL scores.
