Add affiliate tracking to other api calls #122

Looks like only the shopping call includes the affiliate tracking parameter. The finding api also supports this. Ebay partner network publishers use this as it's the only reliable way to make the rover links. Would you welcome a pull request or was there a reason to leave this out?
