Fix now-dead x.com urls #335

I was a bit confused when trying to follow these links to API docs.

So, Elon Musk bought back the x.com domain (for some reason, lol) in July 2017. The homepage of x.com just says x and any other path on the domain just says y. Literally just 1 character responses. 😆 Prior to Elon buying back this domain, PayPal & eBay controlled it, and apparently used it for the developer docs. Annoyingly, these links no longer work.

I went and tried to find the best replacement URLs for these documentation links, hence this pull request.

@timotheus do you want me to re-open this PR? It looks like something weird happen, like you force pushed to the branch somehow?
