Team info for 2013 is missing/wrong #3

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Search for Team 2403 (Plasma Robotics) - http://www.frcdb.net/team/2403
2. Look at the 2013 event data.  It is incomplete/missing.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

I see:

Las Vegas Regional

    Qualifications Rank: 0
    Progressed to: Qualifications

Phoenix Regional

    Qualifications Rank: 0
    Progressed to:

I expect to see that 2403 was Ranked 3'rd in Las Vegas and they progressed to 
the Finals.  For Phoenix I expect to see a Rank of 11 and a progression to the 
Quarterfinals.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?

Firefox 20.0.1 on Win7 (not that its really relevant)

Thanks for reporting this - it looks like there were some issues with our 
autoupdater that caused a number of updates to fail. I've done some manual 
updates for a few events with large amounts of missing data, but quite a few 
are still missing bits and pieces.

I'll have to take a longer look at this tomorrow get things up and running 
smoothly, but once the underlying problems are fixed it shouldn't take long to 
rerun all the data updates.
