empty menu for non markdown directory

When directory is not containing markdown file, it still creates a nav by default. To avoid this behavior, in render.py/_nested_doc a recursive check of the directory verifying that .md file exist would allow to remove these entries. I'll try a PR for that

This has been fixed in develop and will be reflected in the next release of portray
