I would suggest creating some kind of plugin/script system. The twitch integration is probably fairly trivial to write an external script for, and then just add that script to the button, but it would be cool with an "api" where streamdeck-ui could check a predefined folder where scripts that follow a certain syntax can be stored, and then maybe a UI-component where one can fill in api-keys or usernames/passwords, so the users won't have to manually edit the scripts
hi, this project seems to be stale and a new fork as been made with the intention of replacing this one.
if this still an issue please reopen it at: https://github.com/streamdeck-linux-gui/streamdeck-linux-gui
The original StreamDeck software has a number of builtin buttons that allow users to see how many viewers they have, switch to sub-only chat, run ads etc.
Would it make sense for streamdeck-ui to offer similar functionality? If so I would be interested in implementing these features and making the calls to the Twitch API.
