New 2.0.16 release #356

Could you please create a new 2.0.16 tag and publish it? I'd like to deploy some changes that have been merged after the last tag.

Moreover, I want to highlight that there are two commits in the master history that are providing the same change (https://github.com/timothycrosley/streamdeck-ui/commit/9d5c6f4bca1f969560e47c89ce021f4c3a53977e and https://github.com/timothycrosley/streamdeck-ui/commit/b35bc5abf28d2014bc54fb1e90cdabc6db6576c3). Not sure if this is wanted or it's a mistake. The same happened with https://github.com/timothycrosley/streamdeck-ui/commit/b23d00b14056f8b7ea915e63515714dae14be5d5 and https://github.com/timothycrosley/streamdeck-ui/commit/2680ff98ef1f98801809a2fa117156789b6823e2.

here's a release v3.0.0 which contains all the changes you need: https://github.com/streamdeck-linux-gui/streamdeck-linux-gui/releases

PIP Package has also been released with the name of the new repository streamdeck-linux-gui
