Add Gaia EDR3 bands to MIST BC options #171

The MIST BC tables include bolometric corrections for Gaia's EDR3 photometry. This commit makes them usable options.

The G, BP and RP options will still default to DR2Rev in the elif ladder under get_band. I leave it to you whether to change those to default to EDR3.

D'oh! This is a verbatim clone of #152. I can try adding the tests you asked for there.
