Hi Jenny:
Do you get an error when you analyze the example data set?

Hi Timothy
I saw another post regarding fatal errors with coancestry using large dataset after upgrading R (#16https://github.com/timothyfrasier/related/issues/16). I am trying to run it on a small dataset that has previously been well within its capabilities, 181 individuals with 10 loci, and are coming up with the same issues. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
Regards Jenny

Hi Tim
Yes, it's fine up until I run coancestry analysis. It was also doing it with the example data you provided. I found a work around though, I installed an older version of R on another machine and it worked fine.
