Limited ID number space #20

Hi Timothy,

I am using related to determine the genomic relatedness for a number of animals. My animal IDs are 32 characters in length. I realised that in the file with the relatedness coefficients, the length of the animal IDs was reduced to 20 characters. Is there a way around this?

No, I'm afraid that that is as long as the animal IDs can be.

Ah ok. I guess I have to recode the animal IDs then.
