[TEST] CTF Thickness nodes: Generate 2D Powespectrum, Better Tests, Get Screenshots of gui_test in CI #435

Description

This is mostly a test PR to check if it will post screenshots of the gui_test during CI.

The code introduces the ability to generate 2D powerspectra using the thick sample CTF node model.

I have rebased my feature branch to be current with the master branch using to minimize conflicts and headaches
