Upgrade to reagent 0.6.0-alpha2 #6

This is a follow up to my comment in #5. A few things to note:

  1. There seemed to be an extra namespace in the examples that I deleted - I'm not sure if that was just an error.
  2. One of the examples is broken (integrate-rk4-plot), but it seems to be broken on master as well
  3. This is using an alpha version of reagent, but in my expirience reagent 6 has been great! :)
