修正了专辑编号错误

修正了html编码不转换的问题（例如这张专辑：http://www.xiami.com/album/1775340858 ，下载下来会出现RAVER'S NEST 1 TOHO RAVE PARTY这样的专辑名）

增加了去除内嵌歌词中的时间标签的选项

增加了VIP账号下载高音质歌曲的功能

多谢！已经手动合并到 develop 分支。（master 分支目前是仅作为发布用，所以有改动请从 develop 分支 fork 出来……）
