Missing reason for Unable to delete/borrow a book from the library in UG #6

One of the possible reasons a person is unable to borrow a book would be because his/her merit score is lower than the threshold. However, that reason is not reflected in the UG

Thank you for the bug report.

However, we have already mentioned this issue in another section of the user guide titled Library user is unable to borrow a book. The error that you are looking for is error 2 as shown below.

Reason for disagreement: Hi, being unable to borrow a book due to merit score should also be classified under "Unable to delete/borrow a book from the library". I believe that this at core would be a formatting issue and should be a very.low documentation bug. Moreover, the section that you mentioned was in a later section separated by a page. This would cause confusion to the reader as he most likely would not see that section at the same time.
