jalv_ui_write is called when jalv is used as the host

This seems to be an issue with jalv.qt, since jalv.gtk with jalv's own UI doesn't have the problem.

Verified that jalv_emit_ui_events is called in jalv.qt.

NEXT: debug jack_process_cb in jalv.c
