es6ify all solutions #136

now that the new node is out, should perhaps es6 all the solutions

Because now that the new node is out nothing else is being used worldwide? :)

What about browsers? What about that poor IE8 ?? :D

Anyway, yes, I agree to include es6 stuff. But not as brutally as suggested. Either create a completely separate workshop for es6, or add new excercises on the existing workshop.
