Repair the fact that .checkstyle has been commited by Simon #50

We forgot a "*" in the gitignore, thus Simon's .checkstyle with absolute path has been commited

In fact, I read a bit and since every path is relative in .classpath and .project, I'm going to commit that too

And I'll put the .checkstyle and the checkstyle.xml in the git folder, so that it's more "pull and play"

Everything will be in relative path

Changed my mind, did tests with Cedric and Fabien, was not a good idea. Everything crashed I had to re-import project. Then I consider that just adding the "*.checkstyle" instead of ".checkstyle" in .gitignore is enough
