proper link expansion using internal sub-requests #155

currently plugins are limited in that they cannot call any functions from 
atom-protocol, security-protocol or history-protocol modules, because it 
creates a circular xquery import. this means that the link expansion plugin can 
only retrieve what's in the database directly, and cannot retrieve what would 
actually be retrieved via an http get.

there is a workaround for this using dynamically evaluated xqueries, can this 
be implemented and the link expansion plugin be fixed?
