Support any flat-file data #9

As:
A merger.

I want to be able to:
Merge tab-delimited data (or any flat file).

So that I can:
Not encounter problems caused by unsupported file types.

This maybe important to the imports feature, taking files from Topheno.

Not strictly required for v2. (Only need to import from Topheno and Excel, inc. 
Excel's CSV format.)
