Fast track check study #15

Allow the creator and liason to be set in the check study task, or when the 
workflow is triggered.

If both are set by the trigger then the check study task is skipped

If curator is set, set curator task is skipped
If liason is set, set liason task is skipped

Also add an "Assign me as curator and liason" button to the check study task

Estimate: 3h
Description: Add 2 new fields, curator and liaison, if filled in then bypass 
these tasks. Add extra button "OK - And assign me as curator and liaison"
