Add list of report output files

List report files as part of the workflow so that they can be used for review 
and sending via email.

It should be possible to add extra files to the list

By default the files are contained in mapper.zip as
4.LaTex/REPORT.PDF
4.LaTex/PATIENTBOOK.PDF (location:  4.LaTex)
3.Outputs/1.Databases/Processor/WWARNSet.dta
4.LaTex/REPORTSUMMARY.PDF

And here is a non-standard example (because it's a vivax and falciparum study 
combined):
QCKHC_2005_Indonesia_Timika_Rprice_Merged

Outputs (reports in same place as those above):

   1. REPORTfalciparum.pdf
   2. REPORTvivax.pdf
   3. REPORTSUMMARYfalciparum.pdf
   4. REPORTSUMMARYvivax.pdf
   5. PATIENTBOOK.PDF
   6. WWARNSet.dta
