Persist problem info/resolution outside of workflow #9

Problem information needs to be available once the workflow has completed and 
to be searchable

Short term this can be stored in the study_folder metadata

Medium term goal is to record this in a knowledgebase (e.g. example Alfresco 
app)

Description: Create new WorkflowInfo aspect with jbpmId, status, problem desc & 
res, more info req & resp. Define a new association from Study Folder to 
WorkflowInfo (1..m). Update Share config to display the information in the UI.
Update workflow to use these new problem info and more info fields, instead of 
the once in the workflow model.
