Start capturing results for analysis #12

Start capturing the results that get produced by specific form images so we can annotate and analyse them, guage the accuracy of the tool, and understand where improvements should be made.

For now, pasting interesting results as screenshots into GitHub issues seems the most low friction way to do this. Closing
