Hi Michel,

http://datahub.io/dataset/bio2rdf-ncbigene doesn't have a namespace annotation, but it is expected according to the lodcloud conventions [1].

Could you add one?

Thanks,
Tim Lebo

done.

Thanks for the quick response, Michel.

Your annotation "ncbigene" isn't a URI namespace, is it?

I describe the expected annotation at https://github.com/timrdf/lodcloud/wiki/lodcloud-diagram-ckan-metadata#namespace

e.g. DBPedia's is "http://dbpedia.org/resource/".

What URI namespace are the instances of bio2rdf-ncbigene named within?

Thanks, Tim

nominally, there are three:

http://bio2rdf.org/ncbigene: http://bio2rdf.org/ncbigene_vocabulary: http://bio2rdf.org/ncbigene_resource:

m.
