pop_f_mat_five needs to be checked #233

It looks like there's a problem with pop_f_mat_five. Does it need to be multiplied by something? or is it the wrong matrix? pop_m_mat_five is on a standard scale, namely.

Also asfr_mat should be on a real scale, not * 1000.
