Most importantly:
Lebanon Vax website is down, the script is deprecated.
Added Python script for India vaccination data in GitHub folder (the script extract tables from PDFs into csv).
Added England regional vaccination data, and spring 2022, autumn 2022 data (only for elderly/ vulnerable population).
Added Jersey autumn 2022 vaccination data (only for elderly/ vulnerable population).
Changed Germany source to extract Cases data from RKI GitHub folder (b/c Dashboard stopped).
Changed Denmark vaccination data as per the published scheme in mid-October 2022. (copies of the historical data & script are in deprecated folders).
