Here are the tasks that need to be completed on the home page:

⏺ Adjust color to correct red ⏺ Beautify history place holder if not logged in ⏺ Fix flashing of "Not logged in" ⏺ Go to department when clicking tile ⏺ Fix link to "See more" savings ⏺ Beautify mobile version ⏺ Fix scrolling on mobile ⏺ Fix scroll Item (center alignment of text) etc
