Add Name to Conversation

The conversation table in the database currently does not have a name field in it.

[ ] Add the name field to Schema.sql
[ ] Update SchemaDiagram.png to contain the new column in conversation. Last time, this Schema was generated with Jetbrains Datagrip
[ ] Possibly figure out how to make that image an SVG so it can be zoomed into and still be very clear
