Overview

Will hopefully meet with Shahim and Chris (and hopefully Siggie) to bring final decision to this.

Options

a. JanusGraph b. OAK c. HAPI's Relational DB <---- (decided as of 2023/11/13) d. Monarch graph (stack)?

As of today, from our meeting with Chris Mungall, we decided that we are going to see if we can implement via extending HAPI's relational DB. (CC @ShahimEssaid )
